The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) has launched a consultation procedure with market participants on proposed changes to the Transparency Requirements (Traded Securities in Regulated Markets) Law 2007 to (No. 2) of 2014, and the Public Offer and Prospectus Law of 2005-2015.

The consultation paper is available on the CySEC website and interested parties are invited to submit their comments by Thursday, 12 November 2015.
