The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) has issued advance notice to all the entities it regulates that it will shortly be carrying out its 2015 assessment under its Risk Based Supervision Framework. 
All entities, including Cyprus Investment Firms, UCITS Management Companies, Alternative Investment Fund Managers, Self-managed Alternative Investment Funds and Administrative Service Providers, that were authorised by CySEC and had entered into operation by 31 December 2015 will be required to submit returns for 2015 via CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System using the prescribed forms, certain of which have been updated for 2015. Entities that were authorised at 31 December 2015 but that had not made use of their authorisation need not complete the forms.
