VASILEIOS PSYRRAS was born in Athens, Greece.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus in 2003 and in 2007 graduated in law followed by a Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2009, from the College of Law at London, UK. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2010.
Vasilis has extensive knowledge on the admiralty and shipping law as he had a seagoing experience and four years of shipping practice ashore.
