Anton Prysyazhnyuk was born in Kamyanets - Podilskyy, Ukraine. 

Anton holds a degree in Law from Kiev-Mogyla Law School and a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Stockholm University (summa cum laude).
Anton is a certificated professional of the Securities Exchange and Stock Market.
He is admitted to the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Anton focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, antitrust, capital markets and oil and gas. He advises domestic and international clients on their market entry, cross-border investments, banking and finance including project financing, securitization, structured finance, debt capital markets.
