ERAKLIS AGATHOKLEOUS was born in Limassol, Cyprus.

He graduated in Law from Democritus University of Thrace, in 2004. In 2006, he obtained a LL.M in Commercial Law from Northumbria University at Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar the same year.
