ALEXANDER VOROBIEV graduated in law from Kharkov Law Institute in 1978. He has extensive experience in a variety of entities including state authorities and the office of the public prosecutor. He is a former district attorney in Sevastopol and has practised as an advocate since 1990. Also he is an advocate of Moscow Bar “Iniurcolleguia” and Head of Arbitration Court of Association of Enterprises of Fisheries Industry of Ukraine.
