Parlamentskaya Gazeta is the official weekly publication of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. It was established by the State Duma and the Federation Council and has been published since 1997. The publication is the sole official publisher of federal laws, decrees, regulations and other documents of the Federal Assembly.

Parlamentskaya Gazeta is distributed by retail and by subscription throughout the Russian Federation and in several CIS countries. It is used by most embassies of foreign states and foreign media as a principal source of news and information on Russia’s laws and the activities of deputies and senators.

In its 9 – 15 October edition Parlamentskaya Gazeta published a wide-ranging interview with Andreas Neocleous, chairman of our firm, on the long association between Russia and Cyprus, dispelling some of the misunderstandings regarding overseas financial centres and their use by Russian businesses.
