The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has now issued detailed instructions to companies providing administrative and fiduciary services (ASPs) that it supervises regarding submission of information for the purposes of its risk-based supervision framework.

ASPs that were authorised and in operation by 31 December 2015 are required to complete the requisite form giving information as at 31 December 2015 and to submit it to CySEC no later than 18 March 2016 via CySEC’s electronic transaction reporting system.
