We are delighted to announce that once again our trainee lawyers have excelled in the professional examinations for admission to the Cyprus bar, achieving a 100% success rate. We are particularly proud of the fact that one of our trainees, Aimilia Efstathiou, not only led the overall rankings, but also achieved the highest marks recorded in the examinations for many years. It is with sincere pride that we congratulate and thank her for this exceptional performance. 
This is the second successive year that a candidate from our firm has topped the rankings.
Elias Neocleous, vice chairman of the firm, congratulated Aimilia and her colleagues on behalf of the whole firm at an event held on 21 July to mark their achievement, saying that success is the result of hard work, sacrifice and passion, and that values such as integrity, ethics and passion for learning and development are the essential ingredients for any successful lawyer.

We attract candidates with the best academic records from the highest-ranked universities, and we make our selection not only on the basis of academic achievement, but just as importantly on the basis of their personal qualities of determination and potential for growth. Successful candidates benefit from an intense training programme, where they need to demonstrate skill, resilience, stamina, integrity and aptitude, opening the door to unlimited opportunities with our firm.
