We have been appointed as the new legal consultant for Woolworth Commercial Centre Plc and ITTL, two public companies listed in the emerging companies market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.  They respectively own The Mall of Engomi and The Mall of Cyprus, two of Cyprus’s largest and most popular retail centres.  Our secretarial company, Montrago Services Limited, has been appointed as secretary of both companies. Our firm was originally involved in the acquisition of these two companies by the Atterbury Group, for whom we acted as legal advisors throughout the process.
