Alexandra Spyrou, our firm’s financial controller, will be one of the two presenters at a series of one-day seminars on tax and VAT issues organised by Cyprus Fiduciary Association, the recognised representative body for fiduciary and administrative services providers in Cyprus. The seminar aims to provide people working in the corporate administration sector, as well as directors of administrative services providers, with an understanding of the Cyprus tax system.
Alexandra joined us in 2013, following a successful career in one of the world’s largest accounting firms. She specialized in IFRS and has extensive experience in tax and financial reporting. She has also been involved in numerous restructuring projects and IPOs and is a key member of our finance, restructuring and insolvency team.
The Cyprus Fiduciary Association is committed to promoting and raising the standards of the fiduciary and administrative services sector in Cyprus and we are very happy to support it in its endeavours.
