Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC at the 'Russia and Cyprus: Lessons from the Crisis and Prospects for Cooperation' conference

Our firm was a principal supporter of the "Russia and Cyprus: Lessons from the Crisis and Prospects for Cooperation" conference, which took place on 27 April at the Intercontinental Moscow Tverskaya Hotel. Organised by Vedomosti, Russia’s most respected daily business newspaper, the conference was aimed at promoting trade and investment between Russia and Cyprus. The conference was also supported by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus-Russian Business Association.
The conference attracted an audience of more than 150 Russian business leaders, including managers of major Russian companies and private equity funds, investment cooperation directors and executives, representatives of the Russian banking community and energy sector, analysts, consultants and Russian government, ministry and agency officials.
Maria Kyriacou, head of our firm's Nicosia office, was among a panel of high-calibre speakers from both countries, which also included the Cyprus Minister of Finance and the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Russian Federation.
